This privately owned company is engaged the manufacture and marketing of welding machineries and supplies. The company, which is part of Group Messer Eutectic Castolinto, was incorporated in June 1990 and has its registered office in Alcobendas, Madrid, Spain. It also has other offices in Barcelona, Bilbao, Valdeavero (Madrid), and Paço de Arcos in Portugal. Its operation is organized in four business divisions: electrical weld, oxyacetylene weld, coatings, and recharged plates CDP. The company offers machineries and their accessories and consumables for welding such as rods, electrodes, metal powders, pastes, wires, and paint strippers; and bimetallic sheets such as fans, exhauster, hoppers, and piping. It supplies its products to customers through the distributors in all the provinces covering the Spanish and Portuguese territory.
