With registered office located in Alcobendas, Spain, it was founded in 1964 as a family business. The company is the leading company in Spain as a manufacturer of bituminous waterproofing membranes. It provides synthetic membranes, such as PVC membranes and auxiliaries; waterproofing membranes, including asphaltic sheets and self-adhesive tapes; special products, such as under tile products, primers and emulsions, and joint fillers; building acoustic insulation products that include multi-layer panels, acoustic membranes, and fonodan tapes; and auxiliary acoustic insulation products. The company also offers thermal insulation products, including insulating slabs; drainage products, such as vertical and horizontal drainages, and vertical drainage with geotextile; and polyester geotextiles. It provides waterproofing solutions for flat roof, underground element, and humid roof applications; acoustic solutions for residential applications; and civil engineering solutions for roads and railways, viaducts and crossovers, underpasses and drifts, tunnels, hydraulic structures, landfills, and sports fields. The company, with seven branches in Spain and subsidiaries in France and Portugal, exports its products to more than 30 countries.
