The company is a private industrial enterprise, which is primarily engaged in the design, manufacture and installation of railway signaling and communication systems. The company was incorporated in October 1988 and has a registered head office located in Alcobendas, Spain. The company manufactures and installs relays along with functional relay groups (Pre-Wired Base Plate), audio frequency track circuits (AFTC) and operating cum indication panel (Domino type), meant for railway signaling systems. The products manufactured by the company include neutral relay, interlock relay, lamp proving relay, transmitter, receiver, power supply unit, track coupling system, line matching unit, point contactor unit, domino panel and others. Its services include railway signaling installation service, railway track gauge conversion service and road work service. Among the company's major clients are the Ministerio de Fomento, EFE, Adif, Generalitat Velenciana, Feve, FGC and Tussam.
