The company is primarily involved in the provision of real property services in Spain. Along with its subsidiaries, the company is active in the whole scope of the real estate business, from property development, construction and engineering to real estate promotion and property management, among others. The company has a number of real properties, including commercial and residential estates, with a total area of 40,000 square meters. The company manages and operates a number of real properties situated at Costa Blanca, Alicante. This includes the Señorío de Punta Prima (Torrevieja) and the Alameda del Mar (Orihuela). In Punta Prima, for example, the company has initiated the second phase of the seafront development project called the La Entrada. Situated near to the beach, La Entrada is situated in a residential area and is also adjacent to several shops, a supermarket and several restaurants. The company was established in May 1955.
